MEET OUR CHEF

Our workshops are led by Chef Hassan, who brings over 25 years of experience in traditional Moroccan cuisine. Born and raised in Fes, Chef Hassan learned the secrets of authentic Moroccan cooking from his mother and grandmother before refining his skills in prominent restaurants throughout Morocco.

With his warm personality and deep knowledge of Moroccan culinary traditions, Chef Hassan creates an engaging and educational experience for all participants, from novice cooks to accomplished home chefs.
